Billy Mackenzie’s Winter Academy was the kick off to this beautiful, eclectic and wintry edition. Among others there will also be Belle and Sebastian, The Doors, Lianne La Havas and The Beatles.

It airs tomorrow, 3-4pm (Lisboa/London time) on Yé Yé Radio: https://yeyeradio.com/ or on the app. Every season so far had its show, Winter could not be left behind. A while ago Antonio posted Billy Mackenzie’s Winter Academy which become the starting point for this show. He then sent me over 20 songs for I to choose from and weave my choices along with. The final result is ecletic, beautiful and very wintry. It ranges from Clinic to FINNEAS with enough room for John Parish, Pink Floyd, Zoot Woman, The Decemberists or The Beatles.
